Hreggvidur, an old right-winger, dies of a heart attack while trying to publish an article in The Conservative Paper. Hreggvidur has been a regular contributor for decades and he disagrees with the new editorial policy. Thus he rises up from the dead to terrorise the editor into publishing the article.
Grimur Hakonarson graduated from FAMU - Film Academy of Performing Arts in Prague 2004. His graduate film, Slavek the Shit, was selected to the Cannes Film Festival 2005 and it won 10 prizes in festivals around the world. Grimur also made a short film called Wrestling (2007), about two homosexual wrestlers in the country side of Iceland. Wrestling won 24 festival prizes and was selected to festivals like Locarno, Sundance, Rotterdam and many others. Grimur is now working on his first feature film, Summerland, which will come out in January 2010. Summerland tells the story of a family who tries to incorporate icelandic spiritualism.
